Lettuce, young onion and kujo negi leeks replace the cabbage today. That was really to empty the fridge.
Negi and tenkasu (tempura crumbs).
Bonito flakes. Plus an egg on the top.
It’s crispy under.
Toppings are aonori seaweed flakes and a quick white sauce (yogurt, mustard, turmeric).
Umai !!!
