I can't hide the fact it's hot here now.
It's also the short season for Japanese apricots cultivated in Nagano prefecture.
They look good, but they are not very sweet. I pasted 2 and mixed with a cup of home-made vanilla ice-cream (anglaise base) and poured into molds.
Just out of the freezer !
That tastes Summer. Mmmm....
