Shrimp 'slaw and Korean chilled noodles

Refreshing 3 item dinner. Korean coold noodles, coleslaw with shrimps and a chilled biwa (loquat) as a dessert.

Tasty, filling and cool.

Apple and cabbage coleslaw, seasoned only with lemon. Boiled shrimps.

And cut shrimps, and ground coriander seeds. That's all. No salt needed. It's sweet and sour and the delicious shrimps are showcased by the salad.

I boiled and cooled the noodles, bought 3 sorts of kimchi (napa cabbage, cucumber, daikon), displayed tomato, celery, shiso, sesame.
