Beanballs in anchovy rosemary sauce

Comfort food : balls in sauce. Healthier version : bean balls. Yes, the famous pattzukis again in an Italian sauce.
That’s ready in 5 minutes if you have cooked beans.

I had just boiled 500 grams of azuki small red beans (that makes 10 servings at least, I will freeze that stock. I took a cup, mashed with a fork, added salt, pepper, garlic, chili, sesame, potato starch and bits of green pepper.

A fragrant tomato paste sauce with olive oil anchovy, rosemary and a few corn kernels for the fun.

Finger licking good…
