It’s a cousin from Lorraine’s tarte au sucre (here). A little more elaborated. Both are nice, that depends if you’re looking for simplicity or something more cake-like.

Strawberries (fraises) and blueberries (myrtilles) are garnishing it. Frozen fruits do the trick perfectly.

Tarte fine aux abricots et au chocolat

Apricot and chocolate thin pie. Ready in a few minutes, baked in the oven-toaster.

Dried apricots. Rehydrated in tea and apricot liquor.

A simple dough (flour, oil, hot water, salt), coconut cream, black sugar. That’s all.

That’s not obvious from the photo but I pre-baked the dough till it was hard, before garnishing, and re-baking.

100% cocoa chocolate chips, placed on the hot tarte. They melt in 3 minutes.

Coco-hearts and Winter fruits


A simple colorful dessert. It’s a delicious and fresh way to take you fix of vitamin C.

It’s haupia, the Hawaiian coconut pudding, with a bit of agar in it. It took the shape perfectly.

Juicy grapefruits and mandarin oranges.

Dry coconut and powdered goji berry.

A bowl of vitamins…

A fruity brunch is magical. It uplifts the mood.

The base is oatmeal, soaked with coconut milk and cream and some yuzu citrus juice. A few dried grapes inside. Let one hour or more.

On top : mikan mandarin oranges, goji berries, yuzu citrus peel.
And some freshly ground sesame, a little black sugar to add before mixing.
