I didn’t follow exactly the Korean recipe as it’s done with a whole chicken stuffed with the rest… I had frozen ginseng and I used the veggies I had.
Chicken, ginseng (the hairy carrot), ginger, garlic, dry red chilis, shiitake mushrooms, goji berries, jujubes, cooked brown rice (not seen on photo, it’s in the soup), carrot, kuwai (arrowhead, the sort of potatoes).
On the side, the uncooked ingredients, kuwai, goji berries, jujube, ginseng, dried bamboo shoots.
