The “I am cold” Miso Soup

We feel cold. It’s so humid, and really cool. I find noodle soups are a nice way to warm me up.
Chicken cooked with its skin and garlic to make a stock, red onions, daikon radish, shiitake mushrooms, dried wakame seaweeds.
Then add a good amount of “wheat miso” made of soy and wheat (not soy and rice as standard), and a double serving of soba buckwheat noodles.

Il fait cru. L’humidite donne le sentiment d’avoir froid toute la journee. Rien de tel qu’une soupe de nouilles pour se rechauffer.
Bouillon au poulet (cuit avec la peau) et pas mal d’ail, puis oignon rouge, radis daikon, champignons shiitake, et algue wakame. Dedans, j’ai dilue du miso de ble fait de soja et ble (le “classique” est fait de soja et riz), et une double part de nouilles de soba (au sarrasin).
