Gratin de tofu, piment, asperges, sauce tomate, ail, feuilles de radis, fromage, huile d’olive, chapelure, herbes.
“Tofu” de sesame noir et fruits secs.

    • Not this time. You need kuzu (kudzu) and neri-goma (finely creamed sesame, sesame butter). It’s very easy to do from the store bought neri-goma. You can use the pale beige one, the golden (roast sesame), the black, and they also make some from peanut butter.
      From scratch, well, you spend some time pounding sesame in the mortar and then, you have to pass the paste through a sieve to get it perfectly creamy.
