As you see, the aubergines can become really huge in this season… I used only half to make that flat dough pizza.
Whole wheat and herbs flat dough (I don’t let it raise), painted with oil.
Oiled slices of steamed aubergine are baked in the oven while it pre-heats. (they will be very tender)
Tomato paste, olive oil bell peppers and garlic, marjoram (frozen).
Aubergines, chick peas.
A last layer of a mix of tomato, oil, herbs. Baked. Garnished with sudachi lemons and fresh greens. Eaten (no photo).
