A little quinoa sometimes, that’s not unpleasant. But I don’t believe it’s a super diet-food. It’s another starch base.
I mixed it with rice as I had not enough volume of quinoa for the rice cooker. White rice and quinoa are a great pair, the combined texture is perfect, crunchy but less dry than quinoa alone.
Flavor comes from a small can of anchovy, vinegar, herbes de Provence and curcuma (turmeric).
Toppings are steamed favas, cherry tomatoes, shallot, green pepper.
Service a l’assiette with salad spinach.

I love anything with anchovies. I’ve never had Quinoa before. I’ve only seen it in cooking shows lol.
