Cold meat dinner plate (with white bean goya)

Another easy one. In the Chinese frying pan, just half-cooked onions, kept aside, then finely sliced beef, kept aside, the a little green hot chili pepper. Combine, add salt. Let cool. Served cool.

With home-baked rye bread.

Yes the pickled mini-cherries ! I had to test. Verdict : too good, I didn’t make enough.
Cerises aigres – Cerises au vinaigre (sour cherry, pickled cherry)

This is the goya and bean dish. I had a few over-cooked white beans and their cooking broth. I prepared the goya (bitter cucumber) as I explained, taking away the white, cutting, salting, waiting washing…to reduce bitterness.

Go~ya champloo~ and Okinawan soba

Simply reheated both goya and beans together, added oyster sauce, cooked 2 minutes and I added awamori (Okinawan style sweet sake) and stopped. That makes a tasty side dish to serve hot, room temp or cooled.
