Millas et compote de kabocha (corn bread and kabocha spread)

A simple millas (corn bread in French) with a few dry currants.
What’s better for coffee time ?

Compote de kabocha : steamed kabocha flesh, shredded raw apple, yuzu juice and a few chunks of chestnut.
