When a mistake makes a yummy variation…
I baked those “sweet potato cakes” (flesh of a baked sweet potato, skim milk powder, egg, vanilla), and I forgot including butter.
Nice, good… but not so good as with butter.
Post-buttering… re-baking… re-post buttering. A little vanilla sugar :
