Riz au lait is the French milky rice porridge. This is not exactly that.
I cooked (rice-cooker “Chinese congee” program) brown rice, roast kuri chestnuts, raisins, dry currants, coconut shred, goji berries… Let it cool. Add 1 cup of coconut milk.
A little honey for sweetness…
A few more dry goodies for crunchiness. Serve cooled or room temperature.
