Azu-choco with blueberry

Because the azuki beans and chocolate is such a yummy pair, a new one in this family :

Chocolate and azuki

Choco-azuki, le retour

Blend 1/2 cup of boiled azuki beans, 2 tbs of corn starch+ 2 tbs water, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa, add 10g of cocoa mass chips (roughy broken).

Bake 25 minutes.

Pour a little “creme de framboise” (raspberry liquor) on top. Chill. Add a few berries. Serve.

It’s a sort of mousse, you can’t get it out of the mold :
