There is a January 16th hot chocolate… because on 15th I had zenzai. And I has some azuki bean soup left.
The azuki bean soup was made of cooked azuki beans, their cooking broth, sugar(sweetener), juiced in the blender. I added 2 tbs of cocoa powder (for 1/2 cup) and reheated. Served in espresso cups.
That gives a thick Spanish style chocolate.
The toppings are chips of white chocolate. They slowly melt… mmmm… I will do it again !
