Not a detox from food : food is NOT toxic. A detox from cooking. That could be a detox from blogging… but well, there are limits. What do you eat when the kitchen is closed ? Me, bananas, nuts, apples, and leftovers like that. With tea.
No fuss natto domburi :
reheated brown rice +natto (fermented soy beans).
Kimchi.
Sesame.
Aonori, flakes of seaweed.
Dessert (afternoon snack actually)… the last gateau moka, with sour cream and orange peel.
Just brew tea. It’s genmaicha (green tea with roast rice).
That’s my kind of detox!
Anything with kimchi in it is good eats!
