Bubbly grapes

Fruity dessert. Table grapes tend to be very sweet. I don’t really appreciate them because it’s too much for me. Unless I mix them with something neutral. to dilute sweetness.

Delaware grapes, produce of Osaka. Very cold.

Jumbo size tapioca. After cooking and rinsing, let overnight in colored water with a little strawberry essence.

Mix and enjoy ! Fun to eat and delicious.

  1. The grapes are also too sweet for me, so I don’t buy them. But I like tapioca! Thank you for that nice idea! I’ll probably try this! ūüėČ

  2. Okay – that is the amazing! Here in the US tapioca is very small and very underused. I love this dish…so pretty and refreshing!

    • It’s not very common in Japan. I was really suprised as the French name is “perles du Japon” (Japanese pearls) and I grew up convinced that this popular food for French kids was stapple food in Japan. It’s hugely popular in the Chinatowns, and I get some in their stores. The big ones are for bubble tea.
