Spinach crown tart

Spinach is the king of leafy green veggies. It’s time to recognize that with a quickly made tart-pizza baked in the oven-toaster.

Egg, cheese, Italian parsley, spinach, tomato, chick peas, bran crust.

First step :
Pre-baking the crust (flour, rice bran, baking powder, olive oil). That’s necessary as that’s not a real pizza dough, it’s very stick raw.
Steaming the spinach to make them lose volume.

Second step :
Crowned. Baked.

Myoga with just a little lemon juice.

That was a nice pre-Spring meal.
