GOURMANDE in OSAKA

There are soups that bring freshness. The Vichyssoise is a famous white cold cream. Today’s made with different ingredients, fewer. I could say it’s a detox soup, but I wont. This blog is alt-modish and will stay that way. I don’t “intox” myself, so no need to detox.

Boiled “al dente” Japanese turnip, leek whites. And old yogurt (very sour). That’s all.

OK, 3 ears of sage. From my “potager”. Well, it’s a sage garden. I mean nothing else grows on my balcony but I’m getting giant sage leaves…

Blend the sage with natural sea salt. Add this paste (a little bitter).

Stir a little…

Hummmm… harmony !
