GOURMANDE in OSAKA

The ideal Winter dish is something you fill in the cocotte like Granny did, them you switch on the induction heater which recreated the magic of the old wooden stove… but only for the food, since my flat is like Alaska. But that’s OK after forgetting the thing 2 hours, I can eat that :

And I really feel warm from inside. Oh, that was 17 degrees outside, I can’t complain… that just the season when its cooler in your room than outdoor.

Three grains. That was time to empty the freezer. I had pre-cooked duck breasts, chick peas, white beans and corn. Just added tomato, garlic and semi-hot red chili.

I shredded cabbage. Salad ? No, that was too cold. I steamed that.

So let’s fill the nest and enjoy…
