Cooked couscous, with turmeric, ras-el-hanout spice mix, carrot chips and sweet corn. Cherry tomatoes. Rape blossoms.
Pattzukis (azuki bean patties) and goya (bitter squash).
Add a little harissa.
2 plates for a lunch ready in 10 minutes.
