Hash browns with red highlights…

For a quickly made lunch, full of greens.

Mixed veggies : potato, carrot and onion.

Cooked in the waffle-maker. But I’d really need more volume to form thicks patties that would be pressed into the iron plates.

But they are delicious, slightly caramelised on the tips.

Tofu with goya bitter squash. I’ve poured a little soy sauce on that later. Like I’ve poured oil and vinegar on the leaves of salad.

A quick curry with powdered spices, the fallen bits of carrot and onion…

Snap snow peas and shishito sweet green peppers.
