Moffle and fresh fruits

GOURMANDE in OSAKA

An easy brunch with the first moffles of the season.

I just put these blocks of mochi in the waffle maker and they expand into moffles. Well this block was too thick, I had to slice it. I’ve added toasted sesame and kurozato black sugar. And cinnamon when they were cooked.

With banana and ruby grapefruit.
