Green soy beans and snack domburi

GOURMANDE in OSAKA

These are green soy beans. On the second photo with the classical white ones.

Soaked overnight, then boiled.


In nympheas lunch.

As a domburi (bol of rice with toppings) : “pink rice” (cooked with azuki beans), sansho and kombu seaweed tsukudani and green soy.
