Well, you see only half… as the other side had to be broken to unmold. That happens. The taste was not affected. That’s a creamy fruity dessert.

It’s a tofu, grape, agar-agar flan, topped with cinnamon flavored wine agar jelly. My timing was not good and I didn’t put enough agar in the flan.
To do well, I should make the wine layer, refresh it and when it’s hard make shallow cuts on top. Then prepare the rest and pour.
