Hungry girl okonomiyaki


Yeah, a lunch in Osaka. Well I eat some in shops more often than at home, but that’s good and easy to make it yourself.

In the fridge today, pork, calamari, cabbage… Added a few leaves of morokheya for the green, and an egg to the batter (naga imo, flour, dashi).

Just cooked,can you see the pork and calamari ? It’s ready to be painted with Ikari Worcester sauce, covered with flakes of fish, ribbons of nori…
