That’s the season for chrysanthemums, on the table too. These small ones are often seen with sashimi. They look good with any food.

Home-baked flat bread, and 2 cups of foul (pureed fava beans).

I didn’t take the traditionnal Oriental recipes of foul dishes. They used different fava beans, often dry. I simply pasted slightly boiled fresh fava beans. For the sour, added lemon juice and chili flakes. For the savory, onion, salt and basil leaves.
