Local seafood and exotic recipe. Daube de poulpes.
That beast is ugly, sorry. And the daube…it’s a stew that never looks refined.
That falls apart, that’s shapeless. Forget.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ! Stay ! That’s delicious.
Small tako (octopus, poulpes) from the area of Kobe. That’s something you cook extremely briefly or really longly. Today, the slow way…
After…hours and lots of red wine later.
It melts in the mouth.
A superb Spanish salad, la pipirrana.
A pulpo de Hokkaido and fresh season veggies.
That’s even better the next day. A nice hot day meal.
No cooking today… just to show to Miss Tamar that the kimchi is also eaten in this house, not only used to get the juice.
Sometimes, I just pick up food in the fridge. You’ll recognize left-overs from other posts. Do you have many left-overs ?
