On skewers with onion and red sweet pepper. I’ve passed olive oil, salt, black pepper and thyme. Let one hour.

This fiery soup is made in the blender with the cut outs of onion, red pepper, a glass of white wine, 2 tbs of sesame, 1 ts of miso. Then simmered a few minutes.

I boiled potatoes, let them overnight in the fridge. Added ribbons of sweet red chili and young ginger. Dressing : argan oil, rice vinegar, salt, ground coriander seeds.

Sweet chilis and red cube pattzukis

Today’s lunch : Red azuki beans, red onion and red sweet chili patties. Red, red, red. Red cube.

They are not hot all, but sweet an fruity.

There is also a lots of sesame in this : ground and full seeds. The flavoring is garlic and Chinese miso.

Pan-fried.

Fresh coleslaw.

Delicious and filling.
